Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. We request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may results in a booking deposit requirement for future appointments.
4. PAYMENT AND OFFERS
All prices are listed in AED and subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers, discounts and packages are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned. Full payment is required upon completion of treatment unless otherwise arranged in advance.
5. REFUND AND TREATMENT POLICY.
Fees paid for consultations, diagnostics, or completed treatments are non-refundable. For long-term treatments (e.g., Orthodontics or Implants), any refund or adjustment is subject to management review and clinical evaluation. Treatment results vary based on individual factors; no guarantee is made regarding outcome or duration.
